With this running program you will see a great aerobic impact that will not negatively effect muscle strength. This program will allow you to build your engine and increase strength at the same time!
For distance runners, this program will help build muscle endurance, leg strength, and teach you how to build and keep your pace during races.
Warpath #RUNCLUB has a program for beginners, experienced athletes, and advanced athletes. The program lasts 6 weeks where we will test and retest your goal distances.
