Our intro to CrossFit class is designed for every fitness level. The purpose of the Intro class is to be introduced to the CrossFit methodology and understand the benefits for you.

- Understand basic nutrition principles

- Create a 30-day plan to see progress
After your initial 1 on 1 Fitness Assessment all participants will begin the Intro to CrossFit
classes. Intro to CrossFit classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 – 6:30. Each participant is required to go through a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday session prior to entering the regular CrossFit classes offered at CrossFit Warpath.
After your first three classes your coach will recommend entering the regular classes, continuing the Intro classes, or personal training sessions, based on your needs and goals.
Experienced athletes may test out of the Intro course, talk to a head coach to find out the specifics.
Intro to CrossFit classes are part of your regular membership fee.
